Light Up Upwey 

Light Up Upwey is an event run during the Christmas festive season, which involves the Main Street Upwey traders decorating their shop fronts. 

 The town comes alive with lights, tinsel, trees and cheer and all shops are encouraged to decorate in a way that shows off their individual flare.  The community plays a vital roll, where members are able to place a vote for their favourites, with subsequent winners receiving prizes and accolades.  The town is abuzz with joy and the community of traders and shoppers marvel in the beauty of their town.
